Our Ideal Launch Team

1. A versatile worship leader who can do a wide range of music styles (from rock to country, and some traditional hymns), with a worship team to support him/her.
2. It would be nice to have some administratively gifted people to whom I could delegate detail-oriented tasks.
3. An educational director to lead children’s education during the worship hour as well as an age-graded small group time that would follow worship.
4. Small group leaders to facilitate group Bible studies.
5. Prayer warriors who believe in the power of intercessory prayer would be GREAT.
6. Good sound technicians and audio-visual people to work with the worship team.
7. Someone with interest in caring for the finances in the capacity of treasurer.
8. People with gift of service to lead hospitality and assist with other weekly tasks.
